We are open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm. We recommend arriving early, as our most popular items — especially the viral fruit pastries and croissants — tend to sell out before closing time.

Yes. There are several NCP car parks within a short walk, including NCP Liverpool Castle Street and NCP Liverpool Old Hall Street. Water Street is also well served by Liverpool Central and Moorfields train stations, and numerous bus routes.

Yes, we have seating available inside the patisserie. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a freshly made pastry. We also offer takeaway for all items.

Yes — Victor's Sweet Delights, our original bakery, remains open in Waterloo, Merseyside. Victor's Patisserie & Gelato at The Arcade, Water Street is our brand new city centre location, bringing the same exceptional quality to the heart of Liverpool.

Our viral fruit pastries are trompe-l'œil creations — they look exactly like real fruit on the outside, but inside they are filled with exquisite mousse, compote, and pastry cream. Flavours include Strawberry, Mango, Raspberry, Piña Colada, Cacao Bean, and Green Apple. They have been featured across TikTok and Instagram and are one of the most talked-about desserts in Liverpool.

Yes. All our gelato and sorbet is churned fresh daily using authentic Italian methods, inspired by Chef Victor's time working in Italian kitchens. We offer classic dairy flavours as well as vegan sorbets including Strawberry, Raspberry, and Lemon.

Our croissants are laminated over 72 hours for maximum flakiness. Current flavours include Classic Butter, Pistachio, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, and Almond. We also offer savoury croissants filled with mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Availability varies daily — arrive early for the best selection.

Yes — our cheesecakes are one of our most popular items. Flavours include Ferrero Rocher, Oreo, Pistachio, Kinder Bueno, White Chocolate, and Nutella. Available by the slice or as a whole cake (whole cakes require 24 hours' notice).

Yes. We serve a full range of espresso-based coffees including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, and Flat White, all made with premium beans inspired by Victor's Italian training. Oat, soy, and almond milk are available.

Yes — we offer indulgent thick milkshakes in a range of flavours including Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, and seasonal specials. They are made fresh to order.

Yes. All of our products are Halal certified. We are proud to be fully inclusive and welcome customers of all backgrounds. If you have any specific questions about individual products, please ask a member of our team in store.

Yes. All of our sorbets are vegan, and we offer a growing range of vegan pastries and cakes. Please ask our team in store for today's vegan selection, as availability varies daily.

We do offer some gluten-free items. However, please be aware that our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. Please speak to our team before ordering if you have a coeliac condition or severe gluten intolerance.

Yes — bespoke celebration cakes are one of Victor's greatest passions. From elaborate multi-tiered wedding cakes to personalised birthday cakes, Victor brings the same artistry and precision to every commission. Simply tell us your flavours, your vision, and your occasion.

For standard celebration cakes, we ask for at least 48–72 hours' notice. For elaborate multi-tiered wedding cakes or highly detailed bespoke designs, we recommend contacting us at least 2–4 weeks in advance to discuss your requirements and secure your date.

Yes. Whole cheesecakes, tarts, and sponge cakes are available to order with 24 hours' notice. Please call us or visit in store to place your order and discuss flavour options.
